At WOODKHAN, each canvas and wall art piece is handcrafted with precision and care to ensure exceptional quality.
• Orders are processed and delivered within 2 to 7 working days (excluding Fridays).
• Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a WhatsApp message with:
– Your scheduled delivery date and time 🚚
– A photo of your finished piece before shipping.
Please note that all handmade products such as wall art may include slight imperfections or natural misalignments due to the human touch involved in production. These variations are not defects; they are part of what makes each piece uniquely beautiful and personal in your home.
Before Placing Your Order
All canvas and wall art orders are final sale.
• No returns or exchanges are accepted once an order has been placed.
• Please make sure to review all product details, dimensions, and design previews carefully before confirming your purchase.
• Each piece is made to order and crafted exclusively for you.
Delivery Access
Please ensure that your delivery location (doors, elevators, or stairways) can accommodate the size of your ordered artwork.
• If special handling is required (such as carrying large pieces to upper floors), additional fees may apply.
• Our team is happy to assist you in advance to ensure a smooth and safe delivery experience.
Additional Notes
• Deliveries are available Saturday through Thursday (Friday off).
• In cases where delivery requires climbing multiple floors without elevator access, an additional fee may apply, payable in cash to the carrier.
• These additional fees will not appear at checkout on our website.
